EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
What is EFT?
EFT is a modern and growing form of personal development and therapy. It is a powerful technique that helps you to take control of your body and thoughts. It was developed by Gary Craig in 1990 and has its origins in acupuncture, kinesiology and psychology. It is a gentle technique that aims to return the mind, body and emotions to a balanced, harmonious and positive state.
We all possess the innate ability to recover from negative experiences or thought/behaviour patterns. However, we can be affected by recurring emotions from past, present or future events. Negative emotions block the flow of energy in our system and this has an adverse effect on our health and well-being.
EFT involves ‘tuning into’ the issue you wish to resolve. You then use gentle tapping of specific acupressure points with your fingers to free the blockage thus releasing the negative emotion and relieving the problem.
EFT can produce major relief with the following:
Pain Management, Addictions, Headaches, Allergies, Weight Loss, Asthma, Depression, Eating Disorders, Blood Pressure, Traumatic or Painful Memories, Interpersonal problems, Phobias, Fear and Smoking Cessation.
If you really want to change your life Jill @ Innate Resources can assist you using powerful EFT techniques.
